Verdaura operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Verdaura is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. By accessing or using any part of the site, including placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will reflect actual product colors or textures. Some items, particularly those made from natural crystals, may vary in color, pattern, or size due to natural characteristics.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities, discontinue products, and revise product descriptions or pricing at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. You will receive confirmation once your order is accepted. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is confirmed.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags intact, and in original packaging
  • Items with removed or damaged tags will not be accepted
  • Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return

SECTION 4 - PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs duties unless stated otherwise. Promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Verdaura to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order. You are responsible for keeping your billing details up to date.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Verdaura ships from the United States. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an item is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
We do not ship to any country in the European Union. Orders placed with shipping addresses within the EU will be canceled and refunded. We also do not ship to PO boxes or forwarding services.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services—text, images, logos, designs, etc.—is the intellectual property of Verdaura or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any content without express written permission.
