Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Verdaura. While all our pieces are handcrafted with care and intention, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review our return policy below for details based on your location.
1. Return Period
Return windows vary by region:
- You may request one free return within 14 days of delivery.
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns requested outside of these timeframes may not be accepted. If approved, all return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
2. Return and Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unworn;
- All original tags must be attached and intact;
- The item must be returned in its original packaging;
- You need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt);
- All items included in the original package must be returned, including pouches, boxes, and any free gifts.
Items with damaged or missing tags, or partial returns without all original components, will not be accepted.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.
3. How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide further instructions (and a prepaid label for eligible U.S. returns).
Canadian customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- custom or personalized pieces
- final sale items
- gift cards
Please note: Natural gemstones may have minor inclusions, texture variations, or unique color patterns. These are part of their natural origin and are not considered defects.

6. Warranty & Lifetime Care

- If any non-human-caused damage occurs within one year of delivery, we’ll replace broken stones or parts. Shipping fees may apply.
- We’ll restring your bracelet anytime, for life — so your crystals can continue their journey with you.
To request a warranty service, please email us at contact@theverdaura.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate and guide you through the next steps.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return is approved.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us at contact@theverdaura.com.
9. International Orders
We currently do not ship to countries in the European Union, and we do not accept returns from EU addresses.
