At Verdaura, we’re committed to delivering your handcrafted crystal jewelry safely, sustainably, and with care. Please review the details below to understand our current shipping policies and practices.


1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be clearly stated on the product page.


2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Shipping rates are based on your location and order value.

🇺🇸 United States

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders of $99 USD or more
  • $5.99 USD Standard Shipping for orders under $99
  • $12.99 USD Expedited Shipping

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders of $160 CAD or more
  • $13.99 CAD Standard Shipping for orders under $160 CAD
  • $26.99 CAD Expedited Shipping

Shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.


3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times (after shipment):

  • Standard (U.S.): 3–6 business days

  • Expedited (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • Standard (Canada): 6–10 business days

  • Expedited (Canada): 3–6 business days

Delivery times do not include processing and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

  • United States (excluding P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, and freight forwarding addresses)
  • Canada

We do not ship to countries in the European Union. Orders with EU shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.


5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • U.S. orders are subject to applicable sales tax, calculated at checkout.
  • Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Verdaura is not liable for lost or delayed packages once they are handed off to the carrier.
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please contact the shipping carrier.

8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately — changes may not be possible once your order begins processing.
